• Location: Hefei, Anhui (The “EV Capital” of China).

Category 2: Civil & Railway Engineering (Target: ONCF & CRCC)

4. Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU)

• Location: Chengdu.
• Why it’s unique: It is the #1 university for High-Speed Rail in China.

• Best Major: Renewable Energy Science & Smart Grid Technology.

8. Xi’an Jiaotong University

• Location: Xi’an (The start of the Silk Road).
• Why: It has a world-class School of Energy and Power Engineering.
• Lifestyle Bonus: Xi’an has a massive Hui Muslim community, hundreds of Halal restaurants, and the Great Mosque. It is one of the most “Muslim-friendly” cities for Moroccan students.
